Most of the press have got it right. It's really only one local paper saying bad stuff that other's unforortunately parrot.

This article is much more on the mark, but then again, The Australian Financial Review is a much more credible paper too.

The only thing they got wrong is that previous investors haven't complained about Don, and they got that from that lying article. But you can't blame them for trying to be unbiased, even though they can't prove any complaints (because there are none).
